ABOUT ME
Although my background may not be traditional, it has provided me with a diverse skill set that I apply in my work as a Sales Professional, Trainer, and Business Consultant. As a former Band Director, I've had the opportunity to work with people of all ages and I find particular joy in collaborating with passionate professionals who desire to make a positive impact.
Over the past twelve years, I have led the development of curriculums, consulted with small business owners, managed international travel for hundreds of people, and been interviewed on BBC-1 and PBS. I have also conducted and performed music across the world and inspired thousands of young adults to achieve greatness in their lives.
What I am most proud of, however, is my ability to foster a culture of inclusivity, work-ethic, and teamwork within my teams and the people I have managed. I believe that by creating an environment that values diversity, encourages collaboration, and promotes personal growth, we can achieve our goals and have a positive impact on the individuals and communities we serve.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Corporate Sales and Training

Currently, I work for a software company in Atlanta. We focus on delivering exceptional software to contractors in the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Contractor market. My focus areas have been sales, sales development, and most recently Sales & Technical training and organizational consulting.

Teacher (Band Director)
​2010 - 2020
As a Band Director for the fourth largest high school in the State of Georgia, I directed a program budget of $500,000, supervised 3 full-time staff members, 20-30 student leaders, 10-15 part-time adult staff members, and instituted homegrown leadership programs. I also organized and executed international performance trips for hundreds of participants across 8 countries in 3 continents.
My role as a band director was much more than just grading papers. In addition to teaching music, I served as a director of a non-profit organization and a life coach to hundreds of young adults. Through this experience, I gained valuable skills in areas such as sales, marketing, human resources, operations, administration, and management that have proven useful in my current role in the corporate world.
